Hi, I’m Amanda! I’m a NASM certified personal trainer and a nutrition coach living in the best place on earth – New York City – and I also just happen to be a full time CPA. Besides spending time at the gym or in front of an excel spreadsheet, I enjoy spending time with family and friends, traveling, and whiskey (on the rocks – mostly, but sometimes I’ll drink an old fashioned). Kind of a weird mixture for a fitness influencer and coach but I think this gives me some sort of edge – stick with me here. If I’m able to enjoy my life and have other responsibilities outside of fitness and still see progress, I have no doubt in my mind that I’ll be able to do the same for you. My whole goal with starting this business is to show people, especially women, that you can incorporate healthy living into your already busy lifestyle. You can go out to dinner or brunch, drink alcohol, and eat your favorite foods without feeling guilty or without spending hours in the gym the next day. I’m sure you’ve heard the term “everything in moderation” but we’re never really taught how to implement that.
